Account profile settings

Your personal user account details can be found on the profile tab of your account page. From the home page, click on the my account icon and select Account.

Personal Account Details

You can view and edit your profile photo and your name from the Details tab of your profile.

To verify your email address, click the purple verify button to receive a verification code by email. If you need to update your phone number or email address, please contact our support team.

You can update your password at any time from the security tab of your profile.

Company Account Details

Your company account information will be used across the platform on invoices and orders.

Complete your company profile details on the company tab of your account page and add a logo, your TIN number, website, and company phone number.

Update your primary company address and add additional addresses for billing, warehouses, or satellite office locations.

Your company “services” are set upon account creation and describe your company operations, such as “roaster” or “importer”. If you need to add or remove and services from your company profile, please contact our support team
