For quality assurance, please note the following moisture content thresholds:
- Coffee samples with moisture levels below 9% and above 12%, won’t be featured on the marketplace.
- They should be identified during the preliminary screening at CropConex Ethiopia Office.
- Exporters will be informed that their coffee samples are below the standard due to the green analysis mainly moisture level.
- They will be requested to send a replacement sample of the same stock (if possible).
- If not, they can send any other sample however have to edit their lot/sample/listings.
