Green Sample Glossary:
- Quality control: Internal quality assurance evaluation of a sample
- Evaluation: Initial evaluation of a sample for approval of listing on the CropConex platform
- Type: this is a non-specific sample of a quality of coffee on offer from this supplier
- Pre-mill: this sample is not density or defect sorted
- Offer: this is an accurate lot representation of a specific volume for sale associated with this particular coffee – typically has been hand milled
- Pre-shipment: final sample of coffee that has been milled, screened, graded and sorted – is ready for export
- Approval: a last sample to verify quality upon landing at its final destination before release to buyer
