How to handle a re-opened negotiations?

Once the buyer offer a price and the seller accepted the price, there is an option to re-open negotiation from the buyer's side.
  1. With this step the buyer will have the option to request a new price and change the ordered volume. 
  2. The seller will receive a notification for the new price and/or amount offered by the buyer.
  3. The seller will then have the option to “Accept price”, “Offer a new price”, or “end the negotiation”
