Order Samples

Order green coffee samples of listings in the Marketplace.

Interested in a coffee listed on CropConex? Samples can be ordered in 110g of green coffee directly from the CropConex Marketplace. If you need more than 110g samples, please notify us. If you need the samples to be shipped roasted, please also notify us with your order.

Order samples of coffees in the public marketplace

Use this option if you haven’t created an account with CropConex

  1. Navigate to the public marketplace
  2. Select the coffee you are interested in ordering a sample for
  3. Click “Try Sample” if you are viewing on the list/grid view, or “Request Sample” if you are in the listing details view
  4. Fill in the sample request form. Make sure you use an email address that you check regularly
  5. Our team will review your order request, and confirm the details with you based on the contact information provided
  6. You will receive a sign-up link, once we process your coffee. Please do not create an account until you receive the sign-up link
  7. Please note, your first five samples are free, and you can order a maximum of 5 samples before signing up for the platform. We charge $10 per sample, including shipping, after your first 5 are ordered

Order samples of coffees in the in-app marketplace

  1. Navigate to the marketplace
  2. Select the coffee you are interested in ordering a sample for
  3. Click “Try Sample” if you are viewing on the list/grid view, or “Request Sample” if you are in the listing details view
  4. The sample will be added to your cart. You can add as many samples as you want to a single order
  5. Click on the cart icon in the top-right to view your cart and checkout
  6. Confirm the items in your cart are correct, and click “Continue”
  7. Choose a shipping address from the list of addresses on the left. You can add a new address here, if you need to.
  8. Click “Place Order” to continue to the orders step
  9. Enter your credit card information. Payments are powered by Stripe for easy, secure transaction processing
  10. Once your order is placed, we’ll review it, and send you updates via your registered email address
