If the pre-shipment sample is rejected by CropConex or the buyer, the seller will be notified and will have the option to send a new sample. If the seller sends a new sample, the process for handling additional sample requests will be followed again. If the exporter and buyer negotiate and come to an agreement, the lot will be shipped as planned. If they cannot come to an agreement, the lot may be cancelled or the exporter may choose to sell it to another buyer.
